1 can corn… drained
1 can red kidney beans… undrained
1 can black beans… undrained
2 cans Ro-tel diced tomatoes with green chilis
1 package ranch dressing mix
1 package taco seasoning
3 C. water… or until soupy
Place in pot the can of kidney beans, can of black beans, and the drained corn. Stir in ranch dressing and taco seasonings. Add water until soupy. Cook until heated through.
Serve with corn muffins or tortilla chips, top the soup with cheese and sour cream.
