Broccoli & Noodles

1 lb frozen bag broccoli florets
1 lb noodles
5 reg size garlic cloves
¼ c Olive oil
¾ C Italian cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Sauté olive oil and cloves until tender but don’t burn. Add salt and pepper. Let stand while cooking the rest of items. Cook broccoli and noodles according to directions. Drain broccoli and strain out most of the water from noodles but leave a little for the mixture. Combine all ingredients and add cheese. Mix well and serve.
