2 stalks celery
2 cloves garlic
2 cans cannellini beans
1 can diced tomatoes
red pepper flakes
Brown onion, celery and garlic in olive oil.
Add beans and accompanying water, bring to a boil.
Add tomato, parsley, spices and a few extra cans of water.
Add pasta and cook until soft.
Just before serving, drizzle top with olive oil.
Ladle into bowls and top with grated cheese and crushed red pepper if desired.
