2c sliced bok choy
1lb small shiitake mushroom caps
2tbs olive oil
1lb angel hair pasta
1/4c vegetarian chicken-flavored broth
2tbs soy sauce
1/4c sliced scallions
Cook pasta according to directions on box. Meanwhile, cook bok choy and mushrooms in oil in skillet until tender, about 5 minutes. Add drained pasta, broth, and soy sauce to skillet; heat through. Sprinkle with scallions and serve.
